My partner went here after the birth of our son with carpal tunnel syndrome and said the hand specialist was Fantastic, but the front Staff in particular were very rude and gave attitude towards my partner and double charged her almost like a threat to not come back my partner is interracial. This was an elderly woman, unacceptable behaviour.

I had Emily who was switched on and cared that my injury be fixed properly. I felt supported, in a lovely environment. Most of my appointments were at Moorhouse clinic which was convenient for me. My fractures resulted in surgery which was a success. Totally recommend this clinic for all hand arm fractures.

Horrific parking space, the world's literal tiniest spots crammed into the back of what was clearly a residential property that's been repurposed. Go elsewhere if you can, you'll rebreak your hands trying to turn around the car.

Have had two independent appointments canceled within 24 hours of notice and both times the next slots available were 7 to 8 days away. The bookings available after 5 pm were 1 month in advance. I'd suggest looking elsewhere to circumvent the wait times. Otherwise the receptionists are kind and understanding, the staff aren't the problem, the business model and hours of trade are.
