Young fella on at 7pm 1st of july needs retraining badly doesnt know how to spead the meat out in a 12 inch about 4imchs has no meat due to him not spreading it out hes lazy and extremely rude! As someone who has managed many staff in kitchens i highly suggest he resits his training as its appaling and it lost you money tonight as i dont support that kind of treatment by anyone!
Great staff attended to you straight away. I know everything is done and they put it together for you, but it was done promptly with a large variety to choose from for fillings. All tastes.
Do not get the bmt...i could tell something was not quite right with the smell and taste of the salami but i ate it anyway trusting a subway franchise, wish i never did, cost me 2 days off work, VERY EXPENSIVE SUB!..also the workers seemed overloaded and stressed,will never visit this store again
Overall a standard, high quality subway experience. There were only two employees on and there was a bit of a line so took longer than usual. The employee that served me seemed newish and a little stressed but overall everything was fine.
They were so kind today taking orders from our kids trough the glass. They staff were very patient with them. We were surprised to see them there on Easter Sunday as well
The Kaiapoi Subway is the absolute pits. Certainly the worst I have been to, and I’ve been to a lot. The amount of salad they include in their sandwiches and salads are abysmal. They also often get the order wrong when using Delivery Easy. Would strongly recommend that you use a different Subway store.
Last time I visited the store in June the subway toilet is out of order. Now it's October it's still out of order. I wonder where does the subway staff go to the toilet???
