Dr Karen is knowledgeable and very patient towards to her patient, glad to have such a good doctor in our community.
Was finally able to convince a very unwell loved one to visit their GP here. Receptionist is cold on arrival. Dr Kent was very uninterested in what we had to say. Didn’t take blood pressure or weight after loved one hadn’t been seen in years. Cared more about farming information than the actual medical problems being reported. Received blood test results back, has abnormalities and still unwell if not declining health. Had no follow up from doctor. I wish I had checked reviews before agreeing to come here. 2.7 stars :/ the same issues being reported but absolutely no change. I understand the frustration of our healthcare system being underfunded, understaffed, and overwhelmed - but this is bad. I really hope this place is able to bounce back soon
This clinic is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, The doctors and staff go based on want to do and not in professional manner. Doctors and receptionist are lazy, late and don’t care about their patients time and wellbeing just money. I could go into more detail but there are plenty of review of their poor service. Don’t waste your money and time here people.
The two doctors I have seen here have both been amazing. Dr Nigel Yeoh, and previously Dr Bernard Teo have provided exceptional care. Friendly, professional, gentle, and understanding. I live on the other side of town but I would not dream of moving to another surgery. The receptionists are very efficient and the nurses are very professional too. I am always able to get an appointment, and my emails are always answered. I absolutely recommend this GP Practice.
This is a very inefficient clinic. We made an appointment with Dr. Colin at 9:30, but we didn't see the doctor until 10:45. We asked the counter twice and the nurse called the doctor for us before it was our turn. However, Dr. Colin only saw us for 5 minutes and asked another doctor to see us. It was a very bad experience! It took us more than 2 hours just to process a new registration!
Such a waste of time having an appointment here. Wait time is too long. If doctor can't see patient on time, what's the point of making an appointment? This place does not deserve any star. I waited 20 mins in the car park and called reception, reception said it is not their fault. Of course not your fault, it wasn't my fault either.
If I could give a 0 star rating or a minus I would. Expensive, doctors don’t care about their patients, the receptionists minus the odd one or two are lovely but don’t know what they are doing half of the time.
A shout out for Lisa at Doctor‘s on Riccarton！She is so helpful and very professional, she explained everything we need to know about my mum’s medical check and followed up after got a reply from the doctor. I really appreciate her help and I am so happy that she is part of the team. thanks so much Lisa!
Been going there for my whole life but the last few appointments we had to wait for around 45 mins to be seen, then when I had a phone consultation asked for a note just to state I have a certain condition I was told that they can’t provide me with a doctors note unless I’ve completely already failed my exam?? The whole phone call felt rushed and as if I was wasting his precious time when he could’ve been home (but it was over an hour since my appointment time).. then I got my letter after asking the doctor multiple times only for it to unprofessionally state that my condition which had been bothering me day and night for the last few months is unlikely to affect my studies, and that if I “bomb” my exam then they’ll advocate for me if I ask for it … I couldn’t even tell my teachers about my condition as the doctor had belittled it with such an unprofessional letter that made me sound like I was being dramatic
THIS RATING IS FOR SUPER RUDE RECEPTIONIST. The Doctor and Nurse was polite. Spare atleast an hour of time after making an appointment.on arrival I was told that doctor will see me shortly. After half an hour , I have asked a receptionist about my appointment ,she has mentioned that doctor has 2 more patients before me. I asked her that she should advise the patient and should set some expectation.she looked me like she couldn’t care less and says “ sorry about that”. i got my appointment after 65 mins and had to pay a late pick up fees for my child daycare.
