The kitchen at Indian paradise deluxe (Halal) takes a grill‑focused path and lets the food speak. Ribs and steaks arrive seasoned and tender. A sensible spend for the spread. Portions are generous yet well judged. The team keeps things friendly and organised.
Horrible experience, no air conditioner, the restaurant was so cold. The toilet was shocking no water, the tap was broken with the broken parts on the floor, not even a toilet roll was there. The food was below average. Tandoori chicken was alright but the chicken curry was horrendous.
I ordered this from Doordash, there was no options for mild heat. It arrived but we were unable to each much as the heat was hot. I will not order from this company again. Spent $45. On something that was to hot to eat without numbing your lips.
Amazing food. Highly recommend this place. We ordered a single family platter of Mandi and Kababs together for 5 people. The platter had chicken kabab, chicken 65 and lamb kababs which were delicious, juicy and not overdone. It also had Mandi chicken and lamb which were also good. The red and white sauces go really well with the flavorful Mandi rice. We all loved it and look forward to eating here again. This family platter was for $85, we ate plenty and took leftovers home. The only con - their glasses were dirty, and we had to ask them to replace them with clean ones. Restaurants should keep the cleanliness of their utensils at a high bar.
We tried Mandy family size. The food was yummy. Kids loved them. Highly recommended for halal foods in Christchurch.
I opted for the Goat Biryani which was sensational while he chose the Rogan Josh and devoured it with indecent haste. Happy smiles all round. The stuffed Naan and roti were very good also and the servings most generous. Tastiest Indian food we've had in a long long time. Great service. We look forward to many return visits sampling the full menu.
Checked menu on their website and ordered over the phone when went to pick the order got overcharged . I asked the reason staff over the counter mentioned that they have different price on their website but that does not make any sense because how am I suppose to order over the phone without checking the menu online and even on their menu it does not mentioned that the price is only for online orders .
Amazing food with good taste. Lots of grilled dishes to choose from. Lot more variety of dishes in general.

First time at this restaurant. Tried the chicken mandi , tandoori chai and lemon soda. Flavourful rice with good portion grilled chicken , the dipping sauce with mandi is spicy but goes very well with the mandi . A must try .
Excellent Indian restaurant. Wonderful flavors across all the dishes I've tried. Service,Atmosphere, Value, Fantastic food! It was very fresh and flavorful and beautiful place!! One of the best Indian restaurant in town!! Go for it!
