   The staff are lovely, very helpful, which is why it’s not getting a one-star rating. However… hardly a luxury hotel. The suit with a downstairs and upstairs was not luxury, rather consisted of a small, old sofa with a dingy blanket draped over it downstairs and two beds upstairs with a small side table upstairs. The wifi was absolutely shocking and slow. The heater is mounted to the wall upstairs so it is boiling in the bedroom but absolutely freezing cold downstairs. One of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work. The clock wasn’t plugged in or set near the bed. The cot for our infant was low quality and felt a little unsafe. It is not near anything so at least a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops or nice cafe. Only nice thing about the room was the shower and the big drapes that cover sunlight from the main bed. But the small bed next to it doesn’t get any drapes so is quite bright when the sun comes up.
