   We were very happy to find this spacious, comfortable, 2 bedroom motel unit at short notice during very bad weather in Christchurch. Tae helped us to get a meal when it was too windy to go out and UberEats were not available.. We found the unit clean and tidy with a good heat pump to keep us warm. The price was reasonable for 5 nights. Highly recommended!!

   Highly recommended! I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need with a warm. The place feels completely safe, and there’s convenient parking available. Excellent value for money! It was a great stay, and I would absolutely recommend it!

   Arrived in a monsoon and was soaked. Owner (David?) gave me a towel and fetched a bigger umbrella for me, so I could get to the supermarket without getting another soaking. He was so kind and thoughtful with a great sense of humour. I often saw him talking to the guests. The room was fabulous value for money. Big comfy bed, walk in wet room/shower with seat and handrail if needed. Little kitchen area with kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. Nice wardrobe and two bedside tables with drawers. Really cosy. Room was serviced everyday which I didn't expect either....really excellent service. It's about a 20-30min walk to shopping centre and botanical gardens etc. Buses run there too. Supermarket 5min walk away. I'll defo stay here again!!!!

   Very impressed! Excellent host with great sense of humour. Studio room spacious and very clean. Parking off street right outside room. Location perfect with easy access to city. A 3- minute walk to supermarket and excellent Thai restaurant. Outstanding value for money. Highly recommend.

   We stayed for one night with our two young children. Host was awesome and the room was comfortable and spacious while still being child friendly. Water pressure was also amazing which is always good! Will definitely stay again, highly recommend.

   We had a ground floor unit in the back left corner. Room needs updating. The couch was really awful to sit on. We could hear the people in the room next door talking and laughing through the wall. Could also hear the toilet being used and being flushed, also the shower, in the room above ours. Not a very pleasant overnight stay. The room didn't feel very clean either.

   We had a good one-night stay here. Room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped- had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and it was lovely to soak in the spa bath at the end of a busy day. Host was awesome- friendly and helpful. Good location- handy to the city centre. Would happily stay here again.
