   I ordered a basket for Mother's Day. I wanted to pick it up and emailed to ask if this was possible. I got no reply. I rung at least 10 times on the Friday before Mother's Day - no reply. Left messages - no reply, text or call back. Went to the address on the website - the shop is no longer there and the phone number on the Google search is the old owner. Very, very disappointed!! At least they hadn't charged my card. Thank you to the previous owner who also tried to get hold of them with no joy.

   Don't use these guys. Sue, who has provided superb service to us previously, has sold the business. I ordered a gift basket on Thursday morning before ANZAC day, via their website. The gift was a birthday present for my 90 year old aunt whose birthday was the following Tuesday. The order had not been actioned by her birthday. The new owner, Diane, does not answer her phone, or reply to phone or email messages. Had to cancel the order and find another supplier very quickly. We are extremely grateful to Victoria Florists for delivering a superior gift basket to my aunt by lunchtime, on her birthday, with only a couple of hours notice. Victoria Florists also followed up by phone to check if gift basket had arrived and we were happy.

   We cannot recommend Sue highly enough, nothing was too much trouble for her. She put together a wonderful tailored gift basket for us and delivered it same day. The quality of the products and presentation were amazing. She also arranged delivery at short notice of a valentines gift on a Sunday and her communication each time was excellent.

   I have send 6 special gifts through this site and all have been amazing. Love in a Basket staff have gone out and bought special gifts to add to the basket and my friends and family receiving them have been amazed that the presents have been so personalised. My friend rang me up today and said that she knew it was from someone who knew her well! Thank you so much for this very special service. You certainly go far beyond any other place - I can hardly believe that there is a service like this, where you will go to so much trouble buying what I want! So very much appreciated.
