   Was a bit reluctant looking at the reviews but didn’t really have a choice so grabbed my first meal of the day here and tbh it turned out really good. The girl who took my order suggested a dressing that matched exactly the kind of flavour I was after…. They offered me a free cookie so honestly I couldn’t help but leave a review :) :)

   Had brunch at Subway today and honestly, it was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had in a while. The place was very clean. I also want to give shout out to the staff members who took my order as they were incredibly polite and suggested a couple of great add-ons and made my sub exactly the way I like it without rushing anything. Thank you to the team for the great service, you definitely made my day x highly recommended

   I visited Subway at night and was really impressed with how friendly and efficient the staff were. Even though it was late, they greeted me with a smile, made my sub exactly how I wanted, and kept everything clean and fresh. It’s nice to see such good energy and professionalism during the night shift. Definitely my go-to spot for a late meal!

   Walked into Subway like a broken crouton, walked out feeling like a freshly baked honey oat roll. The sandwich artist had the precision of a surgeon and the patience of a saint while I debated between chipotle or mayo like it was a life decision. Bread was warmer than my ex’s personality, and the cookies? Bro… spiritual. Nearly proposed to the staff after that first bite. If heaven doesn’t smell like toasted subs, I’m not going.

   Zero stars, negative stars. This place has gone totally downhill. Customer service is abysmal and rude. No one can ever understand what is said plainly the first time. Will never come here again although it is my local, papanui is miles better and worth the trip. Never enough staff. Old salad frozen to containers, yuck. Today's order saw squashed bread while being cut, when questioned the woman said "how would you like me to cut it?" I think I should have gone and shown her how to use a bread knife and cut a roll. The most pathetic amount of cheese on a veggie delite, when questioned she told me there would be an extra charge! For a sprinkle of cheese! Seriously you guys have no idea how to operate, dont bother going here it is terrible! The last one of multiple horrid experiences in the last 12 months

   Every time I go to subway in Northwood super centre I am never disappointed. Good fresh yummy delicious food, friendly staff, fast service, especially from Boe. Great you guys, you’re doing an awesome job!!

   Zero stars. Came in for a simple easy to make jaffle and was given anything but what a jaffle is meant to be!!! Wasn’t toasted or hot!!! No effort put in by employees. Won’t be going back

   The shops are looking tired and dated. Some staff are great and others are just there for a pay packet. Got a meal deal and the cookies were super over cooked and burnt. Otherwise good.

   Do enjoy getting subs from this subway. Car parking is normally ok but it does fill up during peak hour times. A really good feed which will fill you up.
