Tried for the first time today ordering chicken nibbles and chips and 3 wontons and to my surprise once we got home and opened I had received spring rolls of a sort and deep fried chicken wings that instantly slipped off the chicken wing, and the fries were hand cut and flavourless, unfortunately we couldn’t eat it
Nice fish and chips! Chips appear hand cut which, if they are, is so rare. 1.5 scoops is a massive portion. 3 of us couldn't eat them all. Fish was nice and burger was pretty good (too much onion for me but that's personal preference). Would definitely go back. Such quick service

Best fish and chips ordered a scoop for $3.80 received a huge amount of chips which is really great. The staff were very nice offered me a bag when noticing that i was riding a bike. Would recommend this place it is amazing.
Ta fish & chips is my local. We go here maybe once a fortnight since we moved into the neighborhood. Every time we go it's consistent and well cooked, I usually get a sausage, a hot dog and one other item as well as a scoop or 2 of chips. It's great value going here, we feed 2 people well for less than $20. I enjoy Ta Fish and chips and will continue to go back frequently.
I tried a few things to get an overview of their food. The service was great, and surprised to see how many staff were on (5-6!). Nice chips, fish was nice, just to thick on the batter and the fillet was too thin. Corn nuggets were nice but slightly overcooked, as was the whole order. Oysters (Bluff) were also nice however, considering what they charge for half a dozen, it's disappointing they use the small seconds and charge a bit over normal price. The seafood roll was interesting/ok. It contains chopped up bits of seafood stick, mussels, squid rings and some veg. Overall it was OK.
