   One of better BKs. Bun wasn't stale and cracked.. whopper was well put together and drink machine didn't tast watered down. We got the bk meal deal. Drink burger chips ice cream

   The lady that served me, Kaylah, was so so nice, asked me how my day was and engaged in polite conversation with me, which not many servers do. I asked for fresh fries and she made sure I got fresh fries and even apologised for the wait (not that I waited long) but she’s what I would call a 10/10 server and I really appreciate her attitude!!

   The service was nice, but I had to clean my own table. I was just really disappointed with the meal. It wasn't hot or freshly made; it was more warm, and the lettuce had become cooked. The burger must have been sitting for a bit. I won't be back to this one again; there are better B.K.s out there.

   You say you strive to get 5 stars & ask customers for what you can improve. With the current staff you have onboard, this would be impossible. We were the only car in the drive-thru & there was about 4 people inside, it took us 10 minutes to even get spoken too over the speaker, then when we spoke, the staff member couldn’t even speak full English. Our order was entirely wrong & it took an additional 20 minutes to even get the food. The poor people that ended up queuing behind us were there for even longer.

   The Burger I got had bacon that was like biting into cardboard, forgot the lettuce and bread was stale, 1/10 would not recommend. The man that served me sounded rude, and like he didn't want to be there. Atmosphere was fine just like a normal fast food place.

   This Burger King is one of the best. Stellar customer service. They were very busy when I went through the drive through. When I pulled up to the speaker box they immediately greeted me said they would be with me in a moment. When the man was able to take my order he apologised for the delay and was very efficient and friendly with the ordering process. When I pulled up to the window we went to hand me my drink and then apologised and said he wasn’t absolute certain which of the two drinks was a coke no sugar so he would tip it out and make a fresh one to be sure. I know a lot of workers would just guess and hope they got it right, so this was great to see especially with keeping the customer in the loop with what was happening. Food was also hot and fresh with perfectly seasoned fries. Great branch, great staff, top work guys.

   Worst BK in Christchurch lmao, every single time you go ya have to wait 30-40 mins for your food. Always cold burgers, you’d think they would be fresh after taking 20 minutes to make. Not fast or convenient & awful quality. & SO EXPENSIVE NOW!!

   I purchased one of their $7 meals, just to find dead bugs along the window sills, and a fly or two flying around. I sent some photos to the BK Facebook Page but no response - I often don't eat at BK cause it sucks, but it was the only thing in the area for me to eat. Could have gotten a fresh sandwhich from Z next door, probably will do that in the future.

   Went in and the floor had boot marks all over the ground making the place not look nice to eat in. The service was not the best but it was kinda okay. The food was made very quick probably because we were the only people in there but the food looked not that great itself. The buns were dry and the burgers looked like they have been squash down. The patties on the other hand looked as thin as the paper bag that they gave us. Also ordered some churros and got the same amount as the customers they had, 3.
