22/10/2023 - Butter Chicken Combo on the Menu was $19.99. I was charged $20. I know it’s only 1c but if they are doing this for every transaction? I’m disappointed with the Dis-honesty and I will never be back because of 1c scamming. May contact the IRD.
Standards have dropped. Chicken trebbile food slopped all over tray' only one napkin to clean mess.
I used to dislike this place because of their attitude and poor servings but since the woman have been serving it has been a much better experience ..keep it up please
Very mediocre flavour and the customer service is very lacklustre. An uninspiring experience
I wanted to love Shamiana, I really did, every other branch I've been to has been absolutely fantastic, but the palms branch really dropped the ball. First off, pet hate, serving on chipped dinnerware. Second, the beef in my beef vindaloo was feral, it was full of disgusting fat. The vindaloo sauce and rice were ok, the naan was subpar. Unfortunately, this is a branch I wouldn't return to. If you want good Shamiana, head to the riccarton mall.
Saw staff member use men's toilet never washed his hands and went straight back into serving area. Not a good sight.
