I order online from Sew It whenever possible even though there are other retailers closer to me, because their service is consistently excellent. They sell high quality stock at competitive prices and deliver quickly. No matter how small my order is, I always receive a hand-written "thank you" (often with a smiley face) which I so appreciate. I'm grateful for their store and their kind staff.

Contacted the team to find out if they had bobbins for a vintage Husqvarna machine. Chris was prompt in responding, contacted the supplier and made sure the bobbins would fit. Purchased them online through the link communicated by Chris, and they were shipped the same day. Received them the following day, and they fit perfectly!
