MARK FROM PARKS! Big love to the Kabayan ❤️ I had a clutch hydraulics failure during peak traffic hours on the Christchurch Southern Motorway. Stricken, stationary, defeated in my hairdresser car - Mark descended from the heavens (or jumped onto the motorway at Curletts Road) and rescued me from my plight. This Pinoy Prince was courteous, kind and professional as he lifted my fallen Miata (and my soul) from our plight and dropped me off to the boys at G5. He says he is alone in this country, but everywhere he goes with God and delivers His Mercy unto all of us. Every day we may stray further from His Light, but wherever Mark goes, it shines a little brighter.

**BEWARE** Damaged Jaguar XF while it was impounded pending investigation by police after being stolen. Unlucky for me Parks Towing Wigram were selected to store the car. Caused major damage to my bumper & left a massive deep as gauge out of paint work on bonnet all the way down to the alloy, bumper was hanging off on right handside after forklift with tyre props (dont know the name) reversed and caught on the bumper causing major damage ripping and warping paintwork, also breaking a support arm clip completely in half, Prior to going into impound car had just finished having a complete full groom, but when looking inside vehicle it looked like someone had been taking lunch break in vehicle, drink spilt in cup holders, lolly rubbish on floors, some type of sticky substance all on back of leather seats, Back seats all unbolted and parts of seat unclipped or completely taken off, console centre all pulled apart, car was dirtiest ive ever seen it, Bumper was damaged in front of us, all caught on camera & obviously parks towing cameras, Manager also seen from office. I will give credit were credit is deserved and thats manager agreeing to pay for damages caused to bumper and bonnet however there is a dispute about what damages/chips/scrapes or marks were on the bumper prior and was told that they would only paint where they have damaged the bumper. They did provide me with photos they took of the car when they received it. Which show that the damage is not present on receiving vehicle and car seats are all clipped in and up. Im awaiting findings of investigation into how this happened and will update rating accordingly as of now id much rather give NO STARS, ZERO, NILCH. Will post up photos if needed to show others to BE AWARE!! Just hoping for a fair resolution not a hard n fast patch job.. Again im happy to update rating after resolution has been found and investigation from Parks is completed.

As my car was unable to be moved from my garage, due to unexpectedly developing a fault, I had to get a towing company to tow the car to the vehicle dealer. Rob from Parks Total Towing came very promptly (early the next morning after the request went out only the previous evening) and towed the car away. Rob was extremely skilled, professional and very careful in how he handled the car, in order to get it onto his truck. (It was tricky as it was down a reasonably steep drive). He was also extremely pleasant to deal with. If ever there is a need in the future to use a towing company I will without any hesitation go to Parks Total Towing based on this experience of mine.
