Needed a replacement fog light for my Honda. I rang and the lady was very helpful - confirming they had the part for my model, advised the price, and that she'd ring me back that day when it was removed and ready. I got the call as promised and picked it up. A third the price of a new part. Excellent service and value.

Was sold an item saying it fits a 2012 Toyota 86. The item I was sent does not fit. I sent an email and they ignored me. I called and they told me they would call back and never did. I called again and they told me they would email me, again, they never did. You sold an item not fit for purpose and now ignore me and refuse a refund. Beware of this company, a bunch of scammers. I see I am not the only person they have done this to. I will see you in small claims court.
Rang this morning to enquire re a part. Female was polite and said she would go and look and would call back soon. Rang again after waiting an hour or more, and same voice said she would go and look, and call back "soon, really soon". The day has now passed with no return call. Absolutely useless. One star for polite phone manner, zero for service.

Called this store yesterday morning as my side mirror had been ripped off. The lady I spoke to (sorry don't remember the name!) was super helpful. When I went to pick it up she even offered me a discount. Thanks heaps guys!! Great service :)

Tried to return part as not required due to mechanic's error. Called to discuss and was advised I could return to get fully refunded. On arrival, I was advised that they would not give full refund, would only give a store credit or purchase price of 30%. Very disappointing as this was discussed over the phone with lance.
