    It's a great place to shop for groceries. Went there to get some drinks and snacks for the roadtrip. It's also neat and tidy which I really like! However the cashier that served us did not respond to me at all when I asked: "Can I get a bag?" or "Where do I put my basket?". Although the cashier gave my receipt: the complete silence and no responses from my questions was very disrespectful and left me pretty confused.

    Every time I come here, I pray don’t get that unfriendly cashier…. Really impressive that someone like that is getting paid in a place like Hamilton with such high unemployment!

    The overall service is very good, and I have no complaints. However, one area for improvement is that the customer service personnel could be more expressive and engaging in their communication.

    We were at TeAwa when the fire alarms went off - we went to New Save and mooched around - we were astounded with the variety of foods available - it was fun to go around looking at things and buying a few delicacies - the staff were wonderful and let us explore tge shop

    This is a grest store to visit with good produce at competitive prices. It can be confusing to find what you are looking for but often rewarding. This supermarket is an Asian supermarket with everything one could need to create both traditional and experimental food experiences. I wish there were more staff around though.

    I travel frequently from huntly to buy very fresh fruits, vegetables and a wide selection of products plus some of their meat, fish β€˜ chicken. Friendly staff and always a welcoming place to browse through at my own pace. Strongly recommend this Shop.
