Bianca Jobe at Van Dyks Flooring Xtra in Te Rapa Hamilton went above and beyond to present us with the best underlay options to bring the new laminate flooring height up to the existing flooring height so we didn't have to change kitchen kick boards or skirtings. We chose to go with Quickstep Perspective Nature (Colour: Soft Patina Oak PEN4748) with matching Incizo trims and we couldn't be anymore happier with both the customer service received and installation process. I couldn’t be happier with Flooring Xtra! We recently fitted out a secondary dwelling, The woollen carpet looks fantastic, and we keep getting compliments on it. The laminate flooring is also great - timeless, has the look and feel of timber but is harder wearing. Bianca has been amazing throughout the whole process—always so helpful and prompt. We’ve used Bianca for multiple houses now and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. She’s truly the best! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great flooring and excellent service. The whole experience choosing our carpet with Van Dyks Flooring has been amazing. Jenna was so helpful guiding us through the process with her extensive knowledge and understanding.
