   We stayed here for 2 weeks with my friends. We’ve meet great people, that’s a good place if you work in Kiwi Fruit. It’s a place I would remembere for a long time for the kindness of Wess, the owner. Thank you at him for help us, he was like a good dad who take care of us. Thank you very much ! If you searching a place where feel like a home, you need to go there !

   The location for a campervan is not very high $91 for a week. So don't expect great luxury, but a hygienic minimum should be present. The showers are cleaned once a day, but be careful, only the floor. The walls are absolutely not cleaned. You will tirelessly find the same dirt at the same place every day (piece of sanitary napkin, stickers, hair…). There are also an awful lot of dirt gnats that come on you or the shower walls when you shower. When you pay weekly you have 7 tokens for 6 minutes of shower. If you need more (to wash your hair you have to pay). The shower is not hot, on the contrary it is cold in addition to the building being constantly open. In the middle of summer (December) you will be cold during your shower. The kitchen, people don't clean up after. You need to clean at least 2 times to make sure you don't get dirt on your utensils/food. You will also have the wonderful surprise of finding cockroaches swinging on the gas cooker and worktops. Don't leave your food unattended! You will also find birds eating on dirty work surfaces or in trash cans (which are wide open and bring insects). The best thing is that cats live in the hostel and eat in the garbage cans. We even saw a cat eat a bone on the floor in the kitchen as well as kill a bird to devour in front of us. For the location of the campervan, it is mud or grass. Very handy when it rains. You will bring mud in your van, finally if you can park. The places are on slopes, so when it rains your van slips and sinks into the mud. So you won't be able to park. There are still plenty of other points to discuss about this hostel, but I advise you not to go there! Prefer to sleep on a free parking in Te Puke and take a shower in Tauranga, it will be much better!

   I lived at kiwi corral for 7 months. If you need a place to call home and want save money then look no further! Awsome helpful staff and decent living conditions. Iv made tons of friends from all over the world and was never out of work. Amazing experience! If you ever need anything the owner and the staff are increadbly helpfull!

   I stayed there 2 or 3 months, working in the kiwi season of 2019, I had the debt to thank the hostel manager for helping us fix our car after an accident on the road, he had the best disposition to help us in everything moment. As for the hostel, I have nothing negative to say about the facilities or the only thing to consider before staying there is that when the kiwi season begins, the hostel will be full of people, in excess and it is difficult to live like this. . In general everything is fine

   Around 9 minutes drive from Te Puke town. Spacious room and kitchen equipped with oven and microwave and hot water. Very nice staff and you can get jobs here like working in pack house or orchard. Things to take note is that bath is 6/7 minutes of hot water. Good place to stay.
