   Pratima made my 50th birthday cake. I wanted it to be gluten free so all of my friends could enjoy it, with a simple rustic flower decoration, plus I wanted it to be a layered sponge cake with strawberry jam and butter cream in between each layer. Pratima listened with care to what I wanted and made sure she knew exactly what to create for me. It was absolutely perfect and so delicious - everyone enjoyed it. Pratima takes extraordinary care to ensure every cake is perfectly presented and I appreciated her advice in the best way to cut it, store it and make sure the cake was in the best condition ready to eat. It didn't last for long as it was so good. I'd highly recommend and definitely ask Pratima to make my next special occasion cake.

   I just want to say thankyou so much Pratima for my beautiful 50th birthday cake! I sent you the brief and you totally nailed it! The top layer was GF and the bottom non -GF. Both layers received rave reviews from my guests. Communication was always prompt and very helpful- even when we were figuring out what Plan B might have to be with COVID level changes. A true professional whom I would highly recommend.
