   Hello First time here Please display your prices would be good to know how much I'm paying for. I see most reviews on here that are saying the same thing but you aren't still done nothing about it. Ive tried many steak and cheese pies and I have never been disappointed lack of cheese actually tasted strangely like a sweet mince type of vibe which was actually plain and no flavor I don't know for a sec I thought I lost my taste buds and the bacon and egg pie I'm not so sure about that either my kids are not fussy eaters and thats usually there go to pies. sorry to say I will not be returning. Thanks

   I got a pie and sausage roll. Wasn't the worst I've ever had but not the best. Sausage roll 5/10 and Pie 6/10 (steak and cheese). I really wish you displayed the names of the items and their price. I would had bought a slice but no idea what they were or cost.

   I have always thought this bakery to be above average. I just got home after buying a steak pie. I never throw away food but this pie was truly disgusting. Just jelly and a cpl lumps of meat, definitely would never buy one of those again.

   Food was good. Not a great selection and variety of baked goods if you go too early. Could use some labelling on the cabinet. It's such a hassle for both me and the person behind the counter for me to point and describe what I wanted instead of saying the name of the item.

   Classic institution. Selection and range is really broad. Quality is excellent and everything is good value. It's pretty puzzling how difficult it is to get a decent sandwich in Christchurch, and I find myself detouring to drive past Sydenham Bakery. A lot of cafes could learn from a visit, whenever I see ciabattas or weird arty stacked things for $10+ it's enough to make me want to bang my head on the fridge glass repeatedly. Ka pai to mahi gang.
