   Wow! This was the best Indian food I have ever had. There were four of us and four different mains were ordered. ALL WERE AMAZING! You also have the option of ordering rice or a Naan Bread, which was perfect. We arrived early and they were really gracious about letting us sit down and order drinks. The drinks were really well priced as was the food. All the staff were friendly and very welcoming. I watched as the waitress sat down and chatted to a very elderly gentleman who was dining alone. She was absolutely charming. I will be back with bells on when next in Christchurch. I HIGLY RECCOMEND THIS AS A PLACE TO DINE.

   First time getting a couple of takeaways on a Saturday evening. The two curries were very good and the portion sizes were on the larger side. Good sized rice portions and the Naan bread was tasty and also large. Service was friendly and free parking at the door. I will definately go back.

   Surprisingly delicious! When we arrived and saw the look from the outside and the simple setting inside our expectations were not very high. Don’t let your eyes deceive you, this place does absolutely lovely food. The restaurant is more a takeaway vibe and is a little cold. We liked the casual dining and it doesn’t need to be fancy when the food is great. The owners passion and pride shines through in the flavors and service. Honest open communication around the dishes if you’re unsure what to go for just ask. Tandoori Dumplings were everything we hoped they would be! Only thing that would make it better is an Indian dipping sauce instead of mayonnaise. We loved breakfast Aloo puri a great comforting breakfast with real depth of flavor.

   Excellent service (the website gave an approximate time for pick up and I received an email when everything was ready), lovely staff and the food was delicious! We had lamb rogan josh, butter chicken and naan; the flavours were incredible - we will definitely be back! :)

   We’ve ordered from here twice in a week and have been pleased both times. Their curries are flavourful and authentic and their Indo Chinese like Veg Manchurian is absolutely amazing! Big menu so plenty of options to choose from, good value for money and staff is very friendly. Also offer delivery within Kaiapoi for bigger orders so a great overall. Highly recommend!
