The room was really good for the price we paid, and the location was super convenient. The only downside was the car park. It filled up pretty quickly, so finding a spot was a bit tricky. Shoutout to the lovely receptionist as well. She was really kind and attentive, which made the stay even better.
Tried to cancel booking days before reservation because of severe weather conditions and road closures. Was charged for not being able to make it.
Stayed in the studio for a week and enjoyed its comfort. The receptions were friendly and helpful, while the room was super clean and functioned well.
Took payment for three nights up front, woken up at 5:30am by construction noise from the building site next door. Refuse to refund me the two nights accommodation that I paid for. You have been warned.
The receptionist i spoke with was super friendly and helpful, even gave us a room upgrade which was super nice. The room was very clean and tidy and what we needed. Such a great location in town also as it's very close by to bars/restaurants and the city centre. Would stay here again for sure!
Basic, but clean. Has a well stocked kitchenette. Mattress was very soft.
A happy 3 nights stay. Friendly Motel holder. Convenient position in a quiet street of the city center. Convenient car parks in the yard with trees.
We got Married at the Rose Historic Chapel at the weekend and picked the City Centre Motel purely because of its location. However we are so glad we did. Bright friendly staff, clean tidy spacious rooms and happily able to have my best man and his family & my sister and 2 nephews stay in the same complex. Would happily stay there again!
Such sweet and loving staff! The gorgeous girl at reception helped us navigate and was always smiling and happy, I adored her. Room was amazing, had everything we needed and was super clean and tidy. Great location and a fair price, I canβt think of one negative about this place and will return when I come back to Christchurch!
