The people that own this motel are really lovely. The rooms are immaculate and huge! Great location and easy to walk to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place very close to central city, great room, king size bed, comfortable, clean, fresh and the lovely man on reception is great. Excellent customer service and friendly! Parking is not free so make sure to book and let them know otherwise, have to find parking on the street.
Very clean, pleasant room. However kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery is minimal and only a microwave. Owner was very helpful but intrusive. Beware he may enter your room anytime. Second morning about 10am he brought workmen in with a very loud drill to remove the safe from the wardrobe. I guess he thought we would be out, but should have asked our permission first anyway.
Appalling customer service. I was booked to stay at this place and had major health issues and ended up in hospital. The manager of the property was informed of the situation 2 days prior to the intended stay however simply would not listen to the explanation I was trying to give him. I was charged the full rate even though I didn’t stay there. The guy was so rude he hung up on me, plus when my son tried to reason with him, he hung up on him as well. Not recommended and I certainly won’t be going anywhere near the place - EVER !!

Ugly place with bad Korean service (rude), very small toilet and shower, water can splash everywhere, turning heater will trigger the fire alarm and shock the whole building with big noise, only 2 towels are available for mean. I was evicted by the rude Korean man in the midnight because the fire alarm was triggered by the turning heater.
Was pretty disappointed in the staff here. We booked a room with a king bed single bed and a sofa bed, the owner stated that the sofa bed apparently ment that we were to let them know we needed another bed?!? Cleaner went in to our room after telling them not to. Although the room was nice and comfortable beds. The shower head was way to short, I don't consider myself tall by all means, but washing my hair was abit of a mission
