   We are just wrapping up an amazing 6-day trip to Christchurch as I write this review. We booked the room for five nights, and it had everything we needed: a small fridge, a compact kitchenette, good heating, clean floors, and a tidy, well-kept space. Tea, coffee, a few cookies, and glassware were all thoughtfully provided. There is also a communal kitchen, fully equipped with general cooking items, which was really handy. The bathroom was great, with a reliable supply of hot water at all times. Housekeeping was done every other day during our stay, and that made a big difference. After long days out exploring the mountains, it was lovely to return to a clean, refreshed room ready for us to unwind and relax. Parking was very convenient. I could park the car right in front of the unit, which made unloading and loading our bags effortless. The parking space was generously sized as well, so there was no need to worry too much about the car next to us when opening the doors. Mobil, Caltex, Gull, and other petrol stations were very close by, with great fuel prices. There were also several restaurants nearby, which made dining out easy and convenient. We also ordered a seafood pizza from the Redwood restaurant, and it was delicious. The only small suggestion would be upgrading the Android TV to a newer version, do that, and it’ll be good as gold. Five stars from us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

   Had to go to Christchurch a day early than planned. And booked here last minute. The service and communication was amazing. The rooms is fantastic. The bathroom and shower great. Beds are so comfortable and a great night sleep. Would definitely recommend booking here

   Disgusting room, cob webs, dust and dirt on both ceilings and floor. Entrance door would only open half way which is a fire risk. Toilet and shower very grotty, toilet had a very week flush. Over all not even a 1 star, good for social housing only. Never again

   Really friendly helpful staff.. Room had everything you need and a large kitchen facility nearby. Bar and restaurant on site.. shops and garage near by.. close to airport and SH1. Only downside was the very patchy wifi.. Affordable and worth staying there

   Disgusting room. Should never be let out to the public . I paid $129.00 for a room that was in desperate need of repair. I emailed twice to ask for an explanation and a refund and not so much as an email back. Does not meet legal requirements to provide safe accomodation. Carpet was treadbare with large holes Vinyl was lifting in bathroom which is clearly a trip hazard. Step into shower cracked.

   The place is a humble, cheap, clean and friendly family owned business. The hosts, Emma and Sooty, are positive and accommodating, with the cutest supervisor Mimi on board to help anyone with anything. There's great, affordable food and drink next door with the added bonus of complimentary drink vouchers on arrival. WOW!! Will definitely stay again, thanks team.

   Stay here if you dont want to shower or sleep!!! I arrived at 10pm after 5 hours travel, no hot water, not even warm so no shower. The 'kitchen' window had no blind or curtain so, thanks to the 3 10000 watt light bulbs outside, the light shone in and bounced off the white walls lighting the room up. (Room 45) Next morning tried the shower again, oh yes hot, wait, cold, no hot, no cold again but it didn't matter as the pressure was so pathetic I had to dance around to try and get wet, eventually gave up and my legs weren't even wet - thank god I didn't need to wash my hair - I'd still be there a week later rinsing! Internet said I was connected but wouldn't load any page that I tried, so work went out the window too.

   Pretty good location, nice and quiet. Price is good. Biiiig rooms, and pretty good facilities such as bar etc. The only thing wrong is the Internet connection is extremely slow. And the signage out on the road might benefit from an update. The main entrance has a massive FUNCTION CENTRE with a small 340 right down the bottom. The actual signs are further along the road with an arrow pointing down the side road. Still very comfy, and being able to get accommodation on short notice was great. :)

   A very nice place to stay in Christchurch with reasonable price. The room is really clean with full range of facilities and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great owner! He helped us while our car broke down in the car park. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
