   Came back again today and was waiting at the bar for at least 5mins to get served as bar lady was busy making her breakfast. Watched her then proceed to ignore other customers. 1 guy walked off kos she took to long. Also served my drink in a badly chipped glass around the mouth area. Avoid going here. I've walked past here many times and thought it always looked busy so thought I would check it out. Not sure why it's so busy, it's a very small bar. Reeked of cigarette smoke. And rude staff who don't smile, greet you, and 1 lady told people to be quiet kos they are watching the rugby. Maybe you shouldn't work in a bar then?

   We had a great time here, welcomed as soon as we walked in. Ordered Fish n chips, and toastie, massive sizes great value for money had some good wins om the pokies! Lovely bar lady, very nice. Definitely come back here for lunch on a day off!

   Very Rude staff . Instantly noticeable upon entering . Wasn't intoxicated acting obnoxious was by myself i simply walked in and patiently stood behind the customer being served at the bar but was tempted to leave after the way the lady working at the bar looked at me when i opened the door and kept looking at me while serving the customer infront of me I Was dressed tidy and clean etc so was absolutely no excuse for this to be honest then when it was my turn.to be served I got halfway through my first sentence and she basically chucked a pile of change on the bar at me no hello no nothing and didn't give me what I asked for probably because she was blatantly ignoring me but as she refused to look at me or acknowledge me in the slightest so I just said thank you have a good day and settled with being given something different to what I asked for I didn't stay long , wont be returning and won't recommend anybody I know returns either .i would like to thinknim over reacting but i feel like this review is actually being polite really

   This is the Best little bar in Town, the only place to watch the Warriors games.Fantastic friendly staff and welcoming locals. Also serving Guinness and the cheese on toast, what a bonus. Highly recommend.

   My local bar ! This bar has been sold to another owner but if you a regular here, you know you will always be taken cares of. Remember the tv show Cheers ? Exactly like it. If they had hot food I'd give a 5 star but it's great for a pint or two or if you want to go to the pokies.
