   This afternoon I rung and placed my order which cost 51.77 ,the male who answered the phone said give 20 minutes..that was fine.got there with plenty of time so I thought.paid at counter to having to wait seem like another half an hour. I noticed there were racks with food sitting in them and about 2 people sitting waiting then another 3 came in ordered and went out. I've always known this place to be good service but after the long break from take outs thought yes Blue Pacific the place to go. We'll I was wrong. When someone places an order it is usually in the warmer but when I arrived there were nothing. The 2 people who were there got served first then was my order. I am disgusted wasting my money on cold food. The chips looked yuck and the oil that cooked the food was gross. There were 2 workers behind the scene and the place did not look busy. It was when the 3rd person came in from the back my order was done up. Everything I ate was horrible . I will not go back there ever again , I will try my luck with grumpys next time. Blue pacific my grades for yous is appalling the whole service was. I wasted my money on horrible food. Improve your services and change the oil.

   If not not feeling the urge to cook at home or you just want a great easy meal why not call into the local fish n chip take aways great service friendly and definitely good food try them you'll make this place you go to take aways

   I've come here for the last 2 years and the fish are fresh and the customer services always been great. I used to go to Grumpy's but I left because the quality had gotten worse. They don't tolerate rubbish from people good, on you keep up with the great service.

   Waited 40 minutes for a $6 food. Other people ordered after me and were served first. The food was cold and not fresh when i eventually got it. I wont be back

   Raw fish and mussels were off i hope you close down, even the pack we got the chips tasted like it was from the day before, and fish aswell. Very disgusting experience. For a place i use to call the best, its now the worst. Dont recommend to anyone.

   Yuk, ordered Snapper (borderline!!) Mussels, potato fritter and chips. Greasy and cold. Couldn't eat them, would not recommend this place. Unorganised as watched my cooked food sitting waiting to be wrapped for a while.

   One of my favourite takeaway shops. Good fish, burgers are ok too. Mussels are normally fat. Parking can be an issue. The old shop is now part of the countdown car park so I usually park there.
