I visited this store to purchase new hair care products, as one was a colour product I wanted some advice from the staff member. I visited in the morning about 10:30am and as it was busy I decided to go back in the afternoon. I went back about 3pm and waited for the staff member who at the time was with another customer. As she showed the other customer products stood infront of me, not even bothering to say excuse me. After she had finished with her customer she turned round and greeted another lady who had just walked in the door. I had waited a good 5-10mins already. Then to be ignored and expected to have to wait untill another customer had been served. At no time was I acknowledge or even smiled at. I left the store without being served.
