   Amazing person Shatha is only met her last Tuesday and connected well with her. Gave me a good feeling of pamper even though I was here to see what she could do for me and my hair. A wonderful person who gave me encouragement of caring for my hair as well as the products that I was able to purchase to care for my hair. My head is very sacred part of my body and Shatha shared some highlights of her experience with hair. I’m grateful to the time and patience she spent on my first visit, today’s visit and look forward to the next visit on Tuesday. Thank you very much Shatha. Always be in trust with you Mokai Mahara.

   Previous visit to have face wax, eyebrow threading and eyebrow and lash tint and had a great experience. This last visit on Tuesday I was very disappointed. The only person on. The face wax was very painful. Was rough when washing the tint from my eyelashes and ended up scratching the inside of the bottom eyelid/eye so have ended up with a painful weepy eye. And broke the skin in a couple of places while threading the Eyebrows. Didn't say anything at the time as wasn't sure until I looked in the big mirror at home. Also the price had nearly doubled

   I had a wonderful experience with Babal today, we started off with a rejuvenating facial, followed by a chin, lip and eyebrow wax. I felt like a new lady! Next we had an amazing head massage while I got my hair washed and finished off with a blow dry and style. 10/10 from me! Thank you for your bubbly personality and lovely chats! X

   Booked for foils and cut, she used a cap instead, then coloured all of my hair. I was told it would be $130 plus the cut when I booked, then charged me $250. When I questioned it she reduced it to $230 and was told I had to be a regular to get a good rate. Definitely not going back. My hair looks terrible, not what I asked for.

   Thank-you!! I very rarely go to salons due to the cost and bad experiences with haircuts ive had at Just cuts and Kess. However after looking at their reviews I trusted to trial Glamour hair and beauty. I think by far this is the best salon I've gone to in regards to customer service, hairstyling and pricing. I had my hair colored, cut, and and straightened and eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and shaped for $200. I know by looking at other places this was an incredibly cheaper price and done at a particularly higher standard. I can't thank my hairstylist Shatha enough for her amazing service. This is the first haircut I have been 100% satisfied with. I will certainly return again. Many clients whilst I was there appeared to feel the same also with Shatha requesting her to style so I am really happy I had been with her from the beginning. The owner appeared very invested in the clients satisfaction, doing a final inspection of the hairstylists jobs which I thought was a lovely touch. It's a great salon, it's not pretentious, just great and honest service. What I also especially loved and I think should be practiced in all salons is to continue to say to the customers what they will be paying prior to the treatment and informing at each stage when this changes. Shatha unlike many others at Kess ensured I was informed and consented to any extra costs such as straightening instead of getting the suprise at the end. This I believe is so important and a main reason I wouldnt return to the other mall salons. Thank you again to the wonderful staff and especially Shatha for making me feel beautiful and pampered for the day, ive receieved many compliments at church and many will be calling the salon requesting Shatha in due time. Sincerely, A very happy and thankful customer!

   Lovely people but never again. The first time I went the hairdresser whom I can't remember the name of, did an amazing job. I loved it! But this time when I showed the picture to the hairdresser she began to lament, as she cut, that I would look like a boy. I knew the scissors were blunt, I could hear the difference from the usual crisp noise. That night I met up with friends who politely said I like your hair, but one was honest. They've missed bits at the front, you have bits of hair they've missed. Sure enough I checked when I got home. One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I'll be heading to just cuts and begging them to fix it.
