I had Mel cut my hair 4-5 years ago and I haven’t been anywhere else since. She always makes me feel so welcome, she listens to what I’m after and always sends me home with a fresh cut and a smile on my face. All the staff are super lovely and the hot chocolate is just the cherry on top. Thanks Mel and the team ☺️
My first appointment. The staff sat me in a chair and ignored me until I had to ask, 15 min later, if someone was going to cut my hair. All of a sudden I had my hair washed and was given a free treatment with lots of apologies. The cut was fine, but I won't be going back. I would have been much happier if someone had explained that my stylist was running late. That's all it takes. Nothing to read or magazines to look at while you're waiting either.
Graham was absolutely amazing! Perfect customer service and amazing hair transformation! I recommend him!
I highly highly recommend Kayla . I have had so many comments on how gorgeous my hair looked after it was coloured and cut today . She’s an absolute genius!! She listens to what you want and she does exactly that . Thanks Kayla!!
Great hair cut, as usual. Steve has been my hair dresser for over 40 years and trains his staff well.
What can I say. The owner is pretty well known and well respected and I can’t get a better haircut anywhere else in town. Always get a nice coffee and the staff are all cheerful and friendly.
It was my first visit to Modo today and it won't be my last. The fabulous Nicky, who I have been lucky enough to have cut my hair before, worked her magic, did a thorough consult and spent the time needed to get a great result. I am more than happy! The salon itself is lovely and a warm welcoming environment with loads of free parking right outside. If you're looking for a great cut from a team of professionals, you've found your salon.
I have been like a gypsy with my hairdressers in the past, always moving on as no one gets my hair and never really built a relationship with anyone enough to encourage me to return. Came to Modo nearly a year ago before my wedding and have never gone anywhere else since. The whole salon has a great vibe, love their products and coffee! (and up to date mags to read even!) Mel in particular is great with my temperamentally thin hair and she is super fussy which I appreciate. Definitely recommend Modo, and Mel. Thanks team :)
