We had a wonderful dining experience! We arrived an hour before closing but the staff were very welcoming. The food was delicious (I got the beer battered fish). Overall very impressed with the venue. Highly recommend for dining in Thames!

Brilliant service, atmosphere and food. Willing to change anything as nothing was too much for them. The chef / owner came out to explain options which made for a fantastic evening. The meal was superb, no hesitation in recommending the fish or lamb shanks. The recommended wine was delightful
Absolutely loved our meals! Everything tasted amazing and the presentation was fantastic. A great selection to choose from, we ended up all getting something off the specials board. The lobster was incredible. My husband raved about the venison ribs and my daughter absolutely loved her gurnard, melted in her mouth. The desserts were equally as delicious. Will definitely be back when next in Thames!
Very friendly staff and excellent atmosphere, nice food, best lamb rack I ever had, we also ordered oysters, lamb shank, vanison ribs and Fettuccine，Brownies，all well served, we enjoyed our dinner, definitely a high light for our trip in Thames.
Was contemplating whether to eat here with my family during our Thames trip, but man this place was so worth it. The food was really outstanding and the service was prompt and efficient for a fine dining restaurant. Highly recommend.

To discover such a culinary delight in the sleepy little town of Thames was just a delicious surprise. I cannot recommend more to anyone who should happen to visit Thames to include a meal at Gastronomics as a 'must do' experience. My sincerest compliments to Kishan & Radha Raikwar & staff..... Absolutely gorgeous food! No wonder why is called “Gastronomics”! Very reasonable price, clean and tidy environment, also lovely waitstaff with lovely service. Unfortunately was too full to have dessert, but will definitely try next time. The ‘5 Hour Braised Lamb Shank’ is so tender with wonderful taste, even my mum who doesn’t like lambs loved this dish! The ‘Prime Silver Fern Farm Beef Eye Fillet, Home Smoked’ has this strong taste of smoked beef, was so unforgettable. Also the ‘Brazilian Lobster’, the meat was very chewy and the taste of fresh seafood was also amazing. Definitely will return next time.
