   only good thing is atmosphere and food or whatever… customer service so crappy and poor. I was in last week I had food from somewhere else and I was going in to order a drink and desert. I got kicked out for having food from another premises when yet there were people eating their food from home right across from me. Appalled . This lady got the manager on me even when I was leaving she also stared at me for a good 5 minutes like I was going to steal something. not happy at all. plus my drink was no where near full!!!

   On a mission to try every McNuggets in every country we visit, just to compare how they fare against the ones we have in Singapore, and this one was right on par! 20 piece nuggets at $17.40 was pretty similarly priced as well, which makes it a fair value too. We got the 3 piece variant with small fries though, since we were too full and they had this mini version, but the fries was a little lacklustre as compared, felt like it was lacking something. ⏰ service was fast at around 730pm, without much of a crowd in the restaurant itself.

   Order a cheeseburger with every add-on. Was good. Of course, it required a refreshing beverage… 100 frozen cokes was sufficient. Would recommend.

   Order the catch of the day with an extra fillet and extra sauce and I never get what I asked. It’s either missing the patty or missing the sauce. Today was the sauce and it was cold, my chips are soggy. I’ve had enough. Please fix this because we ARE paying customers.

   Was very appalled by the service, the work environment and the quality of the food being offered. For such a large company I would expect there would be standards, and qualities that each worker should strive to achieve and here at Riccarton it seems that is not the case. Some monumental changes need to be made higher up in management to ensure that the employees here are working at the correct pace, and producing the correct quality food. I ordered a burger, fries and ice cream and for one my food came out super slow, the fries were cold and I asked for m and m ice cream and was given Oreo. Shocking from this McDonald’s and I’d expect better. A one star easily by me. Do better.

   The advantage of this place is that there is a play area for children! Hamburgers and desserts are so delicious, too! He runs a Maccafe! I go here often! But three out of five times the kiosk didn't print out the order number, so I had to talk to the counter separately! I hope that point is improved, please. And I don't clean the table very well. I want to enjoy hamburgers at a clean table! I want you to know that! Finally, I put a chocolate soft ice cream cone in a tumbler and got a wooden spoon and smashed it. It tastes fantastic! I recommend it to everyone!

   Dirty toilets with wee every where. Forgot items we ordered. No napkins provided. Old brown lettuce in my burger!!! Go to a different branch if I where you.

   I visited McDonald's Riccarton with my son, and we were truly touched by the dedication of an amazing cleaner lady there. She works tirelessly to keep the playground area spotless, always ready with a friendly smile and kind words. Despite the bustling environment, she promptly cleans the tables and answers any questions customers may have. But her service goes beyond just maintaining cleanliness. She has a special way of connecting with parents and kids alike, making everyone feel right at home in the playground. Her warm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere that enriches our visits.

   Had McSpicy burger and it always stoands up to its name when it comes to serious amount of seasonings. It's definitely on the hotter side of any burger I've tasted The hot chips on the other hand had no seasoning, not even salt. Had anout 5min wait and the order was correct. Customer Services looked too busy even for a smile while the place was filled woth people without any clean spots to sit. Would go back for a drive through but not to eat in. It did look to have lots of free parking outside.

   Ordered a mcspicy that was RAW which resulted in a 15-20min power chuck and then just randomly every now and then for the next couple days having to have time off work.. when i rang up the lady handed me along very quickly and said.. "can you deal with that" to another worker in the rudest way.. they then tried to make it better with mcdonalds vouchers.. lol no thank you.. it says on the site that if food poisoning was to happen that they will pay for doctors and or time off work, we asked for this but still have not heard back..
