    Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger was decent. The patties could’ve been a bit less dry though and a bit more tender and moist which is a problem I’ve found at carls jr with their beef patties. The burger on the whole was good though.

    Worst experience. Assistant Manager Angie needs to be polite with customers. Other staff on the drive-thru should be more trained about the add-ons or replacements in a meal instead of saying “Hard NO” to customers. Also, lack of active listening. Zero stars if possible.

    Love the BBQ BEEF BURGER! Full of fresh juicy beef patties, slathered on with some bacon and bbq sauce. Waffle fries were also good but way too little for portion size. Overall ok, and will come back.

    Today, I purchased a $12.99 NZD combo at your Pakuranga store. According to the promotion, customers who purchased a combo over $10 and showed a Facebook promotional image in-store could redeem a free burger. However, after I received my order, the drink included in the combo was missing, and even after I showed both my receipt and the promotional image, I was still not given the free burger. I spoke with a middle-aged Southeast Asian female staff member (with grey hair) who served my order. She refused to provide the free burger and did not apologize for the missing drink. She insisted that I must show the promotional image before making payment. I explained that this requirement was not stated anywhere and requested that she show me the relevant terms. She replied that there was no written condition and simply said, “This is the policy.” When I asked her to call the store manager, she abruptly refused to continue communicating, despite the issue remaining unresolved. Her attitude was very unfriendly and dismissive. What shocked me even more was that a South Asian male staff member became extremely agitated and aggressively rushed toward me, as if he was about to physically attack me. The female staff member had to hold him back. His threatening and near-violent behavior made me feel extremely unsafe inside the store. I strongly believe this situation may involve misleading and deceptive conduct under the Fair Trading Act, and potentially suspected commercial fraud, as the store failed to honor a promoted offer after payment had been made. This false representation directly influenced my purchase decision, and I was denied the benefit I paid for. This experience was hostile, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Other customers were also requesting their free burgers after receiving their meals, indicating that the promotion was not clearly or consistently communicated. The store not only refused to honor its advertised promotion but also displayed hostile and aggressive behavior toward customers, which is a serious violation of basic business ethics. This incident has severely damaged my trust in your brand. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning. I request that this matter be formally investigated, and that I receive a clear explanation along with a written apology. If the store continues to refuse responsibility, I will submit an official complaint to the relevant government authorities to protect my lawful consumer rights.

    I uber too much from these guys. And iver learnt, dont uber after 6pm. Chips are halved, sauce is non-existent and flavor just is not the same. Night shift also won't read what you've written. But every other time, perfect

    Drive through just before 10pm shouldn't take 30mins. When there's only 5 cars in line. Cold chips . No apologies. Pretty bad lady service

    Went in at around 10pm Friday, stood at the counter for 10min, completely ignored by all staff, and saw this guy with a touch screen walking around in the kitchen doing nothing and completely ignores my presence. What kind of JOKE is this type of customer service... Will NOT be coming back EVER.

    *Nov 2021 food was made quickly but was pretty good considering the amount of times I went the food was always below average. Food was hot this time and the wait time wasn't bad, only suggestion is to take the choc shavings off the sundae as it ruins it

    Came by after work to grab a quick dinner. It wasn't packed but I had to wait a while before I could get someones attention to order. It seemed that they were making stuff in the back and the only person available was dealing with a drive through order. After ordering it took about 15-20 minutes to get my order of burger and shake. Went for takeaway but they did take the food out to you if you were eating in. Burger itself was quite nice but not large.

    I ordered the famous Jim Beam Burger with med. fries and drink, costed $16. I asked for more sauce in my burger, and they do it without extra charge. Very friendly staff. Always smile. As always, the Jim Beam Burger tasted very nice. Very good environment too.
