Stayed here with family, nice location very close to the beach and township of Raglan. Our host Gina was nice and had good communication. Great view from the yard, plenty of bird life to enjoy hearing in the mornings and evenings. Good walks and hikes around the area, I suggest seeing the Bridal Veil falls track, it is absolutely spectacular! Thanks a ton for us staying here, we hope to come again in the near future.
Great location being so close to the beach and town, we enjoyed having our own coffee machine and little Italian-style yard. Loved all the bird song from Tuis and Mynas (and even though they are introduced, I find them cute and they have a cool sound). We felt very welcomed with a few personalised touches that made us feel at home. Lovely doTERRA essential oil scents. Well done to the decorator of the house, pretty plants and interior. A very responsive host who made sure we had everything we needed. A very comfortable set up and extremely neat and tidy. Modern decor and comfortable and cozy. Geat suggestions of what to do in the area. We really enjoyed our time in Raglan, we hope to visit again! Thanks
Wonderful host, thank you Gina for the special touches, goodies in the fridge including freshly baked banana bread and the beautiful aroma of dorterra oils. The apartment was adorable, very warm, cosy and immaculately clean. The retro vibe was very unique and nostalgic, I loved it! Shops/cafes just a short walk away, we didnt need the car all weekend. A memorable stay of a perfect weekend.
Beautifully setup with modern amenities and classy retro decor. The apartment was quiet and comfy in a great location for short walk to town centre. The customer service was easy and attentive, we were made to feel welcome all the way from booking to departure.
Totally amazing property in every way. Impeccably Clean, high quality furnishings & linens, and cool beachy design with modern & some retro pieces including art. Great setup for out of town business trips: Quiet & spacious with table/chairs for meetings with staff & clients & tonnes of off street parking. 2 minute walk to town, cafes & bars. Sea views of the Raglan harbour, Mt Karioi & the divvy mountain range. Gorgeous sunny, & warm apartments with full facilities. Hosts were friendly, fast & fabulous to deal with. 5 stars.
Had such a lovely stay here with my two friends. Such a gorgeous place made the home feel very inviting and made our stay 1000 times better. Would definitely recommend staying here as this is the only way to really experience Raglan itself.
I would like to start off saying this is a lovely area and well presented home. However our experience was ruined by the owners persistent messaging that we were to be quiet upon check in because the downstairs apartment was rented. We soon learnt that noise travelled very easily. We received a text message at 1030pm on Saturday advising us to turn the TV down which was disappointing, we hadn’t used the house much and were only watching an end of night movie. I sent a message to the booking website and I don’t think the owners realised but I got sent their reply. In their reply they referred to me as “An idiot” and I can also see if reviews below mine that they retaliate badly to bad feedback, not professional for hosts at all. We paid $600 for one night and told to be quiet for watching a movie, not good value for us at all. I spent the rest of the night worrying about even walking to the bathroom. There is a welcome book with near on 6 pages of rules. Even a rule that you should not walk or talk loudly. The also threatened the booking website in my customer service email. They do not align with any host conduct I have seen before. I am a super host on a website myself, so know what standards and treatment I would expect. I would not book in with children here.
My two friends and myself spent a weekend at Longitude Apartments and absolutely loved it. It is a 2 minute walk to the shops and has incredible views over Raglan. The actual apartment itself was very homely, beautifully decorated and warm. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here and will be definitely staying again. Thank you Gina for being a great host.
