   We stay at Bella Vista Motels frequently and are always impressed with the professional staff and high standards. We stayed this time in a Queen studio next to the laundry, which the room only had one window that could be opened. With the heavy black out curtains there was no airflow at all, with only the privacy curtains drawn there was a tiny bit more air moment. However the external lights shine through and they stay on all night. There was a small fan in the room which really didn’t help much. I suggested that all Bella Vista hotels consider using Secruity lights that switch off. Better for guests and the environment

   We had a great stay at Bella Vista with a last minute reservation. Very well priced and located, and exactly what you expect from a Bella Vista motel. Simple but perfectly comfortable rooms, decent shower/bathroom, kitchenette with everything you need. We had amazing service and recommendations from the friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Christchurch

   Great location as my son needed surgery at Southern Cross Hospital which was just down the road , easy check in and check out, rooms, bathroom very clean and due to location being on a main road I thought the traffic would keep us up but didn’t at all, also extra bonus it has 3 bedrooms so my son, myself and parents all got their own room. Thank you.

   We booked an apartment and were really impressed with the daily cleaning service, fresh towels and bin replacements every day, which made our stay super comfortable. The reception staff Aurel is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. He even provided discount vouchers for local attractions, which was a nice bonus. The service was exceptional from start to finish and we truly appreciate everything the Aurel did to make our stay enjoyable. Our whole family had a great time it was a perfect holiday. Thank you Aurel for your excellent hospitality

   Friendly service. Place was warm, clean and quiet. I would stay there again, was situated perfectly. One downer was the skylight above the toilet was leaking and while on the toilet I was dripped on. Not a nice feeling.

   Apartment is clean and well presented. A bit noisy from road traffic. It would be handy to have more mirrors as the only mirror available was the bathroom. Some hooks in the bathroom would be helpful too. ✌️
