Burger was actually pretty good, Chips were mediocre and underseasoned though. Also $2 extra for chip sauce,and not really a fan of how they present the food, but each to their own.
Ordered the most delicious burger I've had in so bloody long. Packaging was on point. Flavours were honestly delicious, I couldnt eat the whole burger. It's definitely worth the money. We will be ordering again in the near future. Honestly it was what I needed after a long day at work. Appreciate the service! Chur Burger Bros!!
We ordered the Big Jake and Chicken Mega Bacon burgers, both of which looked promising at first glance — generously sized, neatly stacked, and filled with all the right ingredients. Unfortunately, the first bite told a different story. The flavours were disappointingly flat, almost non-existent. You’d expect burgers of that size to be dripping with rich, tangy sauce, but instead they were oozing oil or some other clear liquid — not exactly what you’d hope for. The biggest letdown, though, was the chips. We actually saw them coming straight out of the deep fryer, yet by the time they reached our table they were soggy and lumpy. It’s hard to understand how something that looked freshly fried could end up that way. Overall, the meal was a disappointment. Everything looked right, but the taste simply didn’t live up to expectations.
It’s very disappointed from the service, food and atmosphere. They are sharking people and very doddy. The burgers are not the same as the photos they put on their website. I ordered 2 burgers for us, kid combo burger and chicken nuggets. The kid combo included burger, chip and drink. I asked the person that served me (only 1 lady in the whole shop), what drink we could get. She said any can drinks. I asked her, can I get the water instead. She said Yes. So I took the water for the kids. She put in the eftpos machine $56. Then i gave her $100 note. She only gave me $37 chance. So i to check with her again. Then she said. She charged $6 extra because i took the water bottle instead of can. She did not tell me the extra charge (it did not show on the eftpos machine when she charged either), as well as she knew we didnot take a can, she just kept quiet. When i asked her then she said “oh, you can get the can now”. The chance is short, i told her she gave me short in the chance. Then she opened the till to give me the extra coins without asking. My points are that she knews she gave the short chance, and charge extra without telling.
Came here as a last minute choice! So I could get some work done and wow! The person who worked here was so friendly kind and accommodating! The chicken was so tender I have never eaten chicken this tender from a burger place. The fries were loaded there was so much topping on them! The burger bun was so soft and the pattie was perfectly cooked and seasoned this will become a regular place for me!
Took my daughter here on Friday (early evening), and were very happy with the burgers. Much larger than expected, had the Big Jack. For $16.99 it is great value - 2 patties, onion rings, bacon etc. I look forward to trying other burgers when passing through Hamilton in the future - I will be back. Our service was quick, as we were early evening - I see others have had to wait awhile when later in the evening. Went back again in August and had the Roadie burger and the OMG chips. I really enjoyed both.
The photo looks amazing but I won't be coming back. I struggled to find a single clean piece of cutlery and it took 4 different glasses to find a clean one. The burger was fresh which is a bonus and it's ENORMOUS. Also very very cheap for a place like this. In terms of flavour it was okay. Nothing great. Chips were okay and the chicken on top of the chips was a bit chewy. No milkshakes due to no ice cream and no alcohol as they were awaiting a renewal of their license. We found this out after ordering.
Dedicated burger store with quite a variety of different ones. We had big jake and roady. Size of burgers is alright, what is lacked was a flavor, it just wasn’t there for both of us, patty was bland and add ons were not making any difference either. If there was a choice of sauces to spice things up or anything late, it would be for the benefit of it (there’s only ketchup available at the table).
That was so good. My son and I have a hobby of finding the best burger in each city we visit and this is the winner for Hamilton. Highly recommended
Me and my partner had a burger each. The photos on the menu and at the entrance does not do the burgers justice. The burgers are big. Really big. And delicious. Looking at the usual burger franchises, their top end burgers is not a match for Burger Bro burgers in size. The money was well worth the spend. Try it
