   Disgusting is an understatement. Out of 6 pizza’s bought, 5 bases were completely raw. Between 7 of us there were nearly 4 pizzas left. The manager decided we had eaten too much to give even half a refund. Countless calls getting hung up on, doing nothing to rectify the problem saying it’s not their fault. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOMINOS

   My deep concern and disappointment with the hygiene practices of one of Domino's employees. On my recent visit to your outlet on 23/9/25 at 6.53 p.m., I witnessed a Domino's worker handling food without gloves, touching the broom, and coming from the toilet without washing her hands before handling the food. She is an Indian from India. When I politely brought this to her attention, suggesting she wear gloves in the future, she responded with a dismissive tone. She was very rude. As someone who values cleanliness and food safety, I was appalled by this encounter. It's unacceptable for a food establishment to prioritize hygiene so poorly, especially when handling food that will be consumed by customers. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. Educate food outlet staff on the importance of cleanliness, proper handwashing techniques, and the necessity of wearing gloves when handling food. This is not only crucial for customer satisfaction but also for maintaining basic food safety standards. Food poisoning was the impact.

   A regulation decent sized dominos store serving the complete menu items. The location is in the shopping center near Redwoods. It is easily accessible by road and public transport too. Ample parking is available on site. The food is freshly prepared and tasty as with the other dominos pizza outlets. The staff are nice and welcoming. Well recommended for a quick bite.

   Horrible service, very rude and anti social behaviour. And fights to not give what you paid for. Brought churros only for them to taste stale brought two packs and only got one dipping sauce! Recommend pizza hut fairysprings waste of time with this shop

   This Domino has now started charging credit card surcharge.......it is pretty disappointing.. you have to approve it but if you do not bring eftpos normal card then you are stuck...be aware.

   Placed and paid for 2x separate phone orders for delivery and only 1x was delivered. Phoned the manager the following morning to sort and was told that they could see what had happened and that it would be sorted - an easy refund of approx $30. Some 3 days later still no refund and still not sorted so I physically visited store and was told that the staff knew about this as they had decided to cancel the order for some unknown reason, but had decided not to call an inform me on the night suggesting I should have called up late that night once i had waited an hour and the order hadn't arrived. The manager wasn't on site at the time of my visit so the staff said that it would be sorted as soon as he arrived. Days later still no resolution. Phoned again and was told that the manager was not there but how about I call back later in the day when they expected the manager to be in - I asked how about the manger call me when he is in? - no I needed to keep calling to make contact with the manager. A long story short - still no resolution to a very simple issue that the store agrees my credit card has been charged for an order that they decided to cancel and not delivery - I can not understand why my credit card has not been refunded the $$ straight away and I can not understand why I have had to make contact numerous times even though the store has all my details from the original order and my subsequent follow up phone calls. A lot of wasted time and still no resolution. The only reason I have wasted so much time pursuing $30 is this is actually the 2nd time I have had a non delivery from this store and the 1st time I just wrote off/kissed good bye to the $$

   Ordered the new New Yorker range pizzas and they were both really bad quality with not enough toppings! We ended up only eating the middle, very disappointing!!
