Simply amazing. I purchased a second hand, Authentic Oven oven from the South Island. Sadly the trucking company I used must have dropped it as it arrived badly damaged. I actually thought it would not be able to be repaired. The trucking company were not interested at all. I took it into Gareth and his team, they were shocked at the damage the oven had sustained. The Team at Authentic ovens put my oven back together again with love and skill. It looks better now than it did before. The Team at Authentic Ovens are passionate about their product and are very skilled Artisans. Their service is super friendly, helpful and nothing is a problem. Fantasic ovens and amazing service. From our very first phone call Gareth was helpful and a power house of knowledge on installing a pizza oven. We visited the factory, met his staff and could see the quality that he produces. 6 months later (and on time) we have received our beautiful Authentic Oven, custom made on a stainless steel rolling bench with copper flu. The service, communication, delivery and quality is outstanding. We are very happy to recommend and give them 5 stars as our experience has been exceptional.
