I wouldn't use anyone else. These guys are pro's. From the initial conversation, the measure, manufacturing time frames and install went all as planned. On budget, on time and great communication. Installers were professional and ontime. We have used Designer Homeware multiple times now and have never had any issue. Buy local and support local people......

Poor customer service, wrong item received after asking for a replacement based off home plans that were >12months old. Arrogant and disrespectful communications, and no result for a simple wire shelf 6weeks later. Avoid at all costs.
BE CAREFUL, this company has a poor customer service and the quality of their products is not as good as other companies while they’re charging the same amount of price! I’ve got quotes from a couple of companies to install a wardrobe for us. And I mentioned I want MDF. Designer homeware came and did the measurements for us and on the the day of installation I noticed their product was PARTICLE WOOD which is a less durable and quality than MDF! It is also way cheaper than MDF. I was surprised because their price was pretty much as expensive as other companies’ that use MDF! When I object, the Designer Homeware manager called me and with a very rude behaviour and tone told me that IT IS WHAT IT IS! He said we quoted you a particle wood product but when I check the quote it’s not mentioned anywhere on the quote it is particle wood!!! I strongly recommend you to stay away from this terrible company as they are not honest and the only thing they care about is money!!!
