   Recently installed our brand new and expensive kitchen. Poor communication, no instructions given resulting in damage occuring. Refusal to fix it. Brief was functional and hard-wearing kitchen for a family of 8. Brief was not met. Beware of this company - as once paid they will not help.

   Our kitchen is just amazing. From the design process through to the finished installation, the whole experience was seamless. Jessica was very professional in her approach and open to all our ideas, nothing was a problem. The oak finish is just beautiful and is more resilient than what we expected.    We are so happy with our new kitchen. We wouldn't change a thing and we highly recommend BespOak for your new build or alterations. Our kitchen renovation started with meeting Rachel when we were on holiday. In the 25 years I have lived in this farm house, I hadn't figured out how to reconfigure my narrow, tricky space and I told Rachel I'd send her the floor plan and some pictures when we got home. We then visited the studio, saw the quality of the units and we were SOLD! The concept design enabled us to 'see' what changing a doorway and removing a wall would look like with the new kitchen....even details like the sun coming through the windows (and I have to say it looks exactly like those original pictures!). We have a lot of oak throughout this 100 year old house and the BespOak kitchen has retained the character of the house whilst taking it into the 21st century. Price was also a consideration and even including freight to the very bottom of the South Island, it was great value for this exceptionally beautiful, solid and detailed joinery. Communication throughout with Rachel was effortless and she was always available from the planning, to the installation. A big shout out to my installer as well, as 100 year old houses have nothing straight, square or level!! Planning in 2022 to do the laundry with the BespOak team. Nothing else will be good enough now!!

   I am an Architectural Designer in Mount Maunganui. I am so very happy with my beautiful kitchen. Rachel was excellent helping me to put the design ideas together. The installation team were efficient and listened to my requests. They were also very particular in how the finished product looked and were very "attention to detail". My kitchen was on time as promised and the team at BespOak Kitchens were excellent. I can definitely recommend this company to all my Architectural Design clients.
