   We had a one night stay ahead of an early flight the following morning. The hotel exceeded our expectations - it really does it's job superbly. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and remarkably quiet. The hotel has thought of everything providing those helpful things like a toothbrush and razor. We had dinner at the Propeller restaurant and again pleasantly surprised - not the most sophisticated menu but our meals were well cooked and presented by super helpful staff. Our flight was too early for us to try breakfast which was a shame. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the terminal. All in all highly recommended

   I couldn’t recommend this place more, if I could give 10 stars I would. The amenities, the service, cleanliness, buffet breakfast everything was incredible! We were provided with tennis rackets, & tennis balls to use the tennis court, basketballs for the basketball court & kids activity packs on arrival to keep them entertained all day. The rooms are spotless & feel so luxe. It doesn’t get over populated at all so at many times we had the entire pool area to ourselves. A perfect gym & a sweet sauna also available. The extra added convenience of having the restaurant & bar on site was a huge bonus, we never had to leave once as everything you’d need on a weekend stay was right here. The staff are extremely lovely & friendly. We will definitely be back for our future Hamilton endeavours. Thank you Jet Park for your great hospitality!

   I would highly recommend this hotel! Lovely service, super clean rooms, lovely crisp hotel sheets and perfectly adequate bathroom. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Even though it was next to the airport, I didn’t hear a single plane. Carpark right outside the room which made for easy unpacking and packing up. Would highly recommend.

   Closest hotel to Mystery Creek and Airport. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Room was very clean and well equipped. Restaurant not so impressive, poorly managed. Excellent young dark haired waitress. No dedicated bar person. Windows all needed a good clean. No one to welcome and seat people. Menu had variety and was well priced but was not particularly inspiring. Hotel was booked out so restaurant should have been full. Wall TV lowered the tone and was annoying no one watched it. Not enough staff to offer a repeat drink so missed opportunity take make money. Poor restaurant layout with bar and restaurant being all mixed up. Did not utilise outdoor area.

   Great location, nice amenities and very clean and tidy (likely because of them hosting FIFA too next week) to the point where the paint still smelled in the room it was that new. Id suggest a few more days airing it out, otherwise it was perfect and an amazing place to stay. The pool needs to be heated otherwise no good.

   OUTSTANDING service, especially from the restaurant staff! Our room was pristine with plenty of space and linen. The reception staff were friendly with all smiles and got us into our room within a couple of minutes. The restaurant was, by far, the most positive experience of staying here. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure the experience was a breeze. Food was brought out quickly. They even allowed us to take our left over food and dessert to our room, and provided us with spare cutlery (as the rooms have limited cutlery), which was very thoughtful. The food was absolutely delicious and their kitchen staff definitely knew what they were doing. Every entrée, main, and dessert we had was full of flavor and never under or overcooked. The manager there who was serving tables is a very friendly and aware gentleman, who upon noticing I needed more napkins for my pork ribs, brought them right away without saying a word. Everyone always had a big smile and I feel these restaurant staff are incredibly, rightfully, incredibly proud of their work here! If I couldn give 100 stars I would. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Hamilton.

   Needs some updating. No usb chargers. Very tight parking lot with not enough spaces to get parked at room. Waited over 20 minutes for service in the restaurant (wasn't busy 4 other people in) walked out without being acknowledged On the plus side it was quiet as airport hotels go... No aircraft noise. Can't say the same for the people in the rooms above

   A lovely place to stay with top notch service, great customer service and very friendly. Nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond. The linen was clean and fresh and the room was maintained beautifully. The staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more! The restaurant couldn't have been more obliging and our sincere thanks to Ra and the staff. The pool and all the amenities were so clean and tidy and we could not find fault with anything. We would definitely recommend staying at this motel.
