The kitchen at The Old Vicarage Cafe, Restaurant & Bar takes a breakfast‑and‑brunch path and lets the food speak. Sweets lean classic and not overly rich. Breakfast plates are tidy and satisfying. The team keeps things friendly and organised. Portions are generous yet well judged.
Great place to eat outside in the garden on a sunny day. Food was good, service a little slow but ok. Overall good experience.
Called in for lunch without a booking and were offered a table wherever we fancied. Getting busier at this time of year and the atmosphere is lovely. We sat outside and our drinks order were taken and delivered quickly. We ordered the calamari for an entree- it took awhile to come out and the waitress apologised. It was worth the wait- seasoned well and lightly fried. Dad had the salmon which he loved and I got the venison fry which was delicious. Using the entertainment book also means you get one main course for free. Highly recommend. Great venue, parking, service and food :)
Excellent - we came here for brekkie. Its a nice get away joint with ample seating. Staff were really really good. Food options were great and flavorful. Recommended go to and worth a drive getting there. Place is very well decorated for photography too.
Great cafe for breakfast, or even a few beers later in the day. Table service was fantastic and the food came out hot and was tasty! Very impressed with the friendliness of staff and even a difficult order at our table was delivered with no issues at all! Will be back!

on Monday my partner and I and our friends went to have dinner here the service was great , when food came , it did very well presented , the food was outstanding , very tasty and fit for a king , Thank you for the lovely evening
Enjoyable lunch out with friends, good seating areas, with indoor and outdoor options. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We had the Bangers & Hash, Salmon and Poke bowl....everyone enjoyed their meals which were well presented. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be returning.
Very nice place for a meal, our visit was for lunch and the meals were very nice and the staff service was excellent.
