   trying to use the two comp tickets that were provided in lieu of a refund I can't get past this page because the system will not apply the comps to my order, it doesn’t reject the comps, it just does nothing with them, how do I contact someone to get timely support? the phone number on your Facebook page is no longer valid and emails take days to be replied to, id like to use these comps today.

   Drove across town for a date night with my wife, spent $120+ on tickets and dinner. Everyone else was served by 20 minutes into the film. An hour into the film I had to leave my seat, go and ask where the food was, only to be told "Oh, that's weird. We're cooking it now, it'll be with you in 5-10 minutes." No apologies, no responsibility taken. 30 minutes later (now 70% of the way through the film) food is delivered and it's almost entirely wrong, not what we ordered. So I have to leave my seat a second time to try and sort it out. I was told "we don't know what the issue is but we'll try again". After expressing concern that by the time my food arrives the movie will be over, I'm told "oh but it'll be quick and you can just take it with you when you leave, so it's fine". 15 minutes after that (now an hour and 45 minutes after the original order) my order finally arrives, in the final scene of the film. The credits roll and we're only halfway through our meal. We chose to come to Silky Otter for the experience (as we have enjoyed it in the past) and left feeling really disappointed. Would hate for someone else to have the same experience that my wife and I had.

   If you would like to enjoy a good movie in the atmosphere of lux and comfort, pay a visit to Silky Otter Wigram, which does stand out vs Hoyts. I have been there twice for Jurassic Park Rebirth and Tron Ares, loved everything - bottomless popcorn with a ticket price of $15 on Mondays, fine food and drinks, comfortable leather recliner seats, customer service excellence, the list can go on. No hassle with car parking. Highly recommend. Five Stars

   Food is nice enough, arancini, sauce was either firm from being cold or maybe firm from being left uncovered. Aperols are a great price. Feel like the cinema is perhaps a little quiet (volume) ... maybe something to look at.

   Always love going to silky otter, atmosphere, service, & food is always good an always a bonus when get cheap tickets an rewards on certain days. Had to start the school holidays off today with a daughter & mom movie morning which she loved.

   Amazing cinema, love all the extra touches that make it VIP standard for everyone (little lights/trays/reclining chairs and big comfy seats! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, offering blankets, seating us all together etc. Fabulous for us visitors over from Blenheim! A++

   In my opinion, is the best cinema in Christchurch. The service is amazing, the truffle Parmesan popcorn is delicious and you even can ask for blankets if it is chill. The place is usually not crowded and the rooms are small if you compare with the popular options in the city. I’m not sure if the price is the same than Ext Hoys, but we paid $20 per ticket.
