I went to see Bohemian Rhapsody with friends, what an awesome experience and such a fun night! Would definitely do the open air cinema experience again!

The venue is impeccable, the seating is comfortable, the movie was awesome, and what made the biggest impression was the team of friendly staff on tickets, bag checks, bars, and seating. They were outstanding. As a large group, with 6 on loungers (book these as add-ons after ticket purchase for 9$ each) and four opting to bring their own seats, we were able to sit together because of the flexible seating arrangement with grass space beside lounger seating areas. Coming early was key for getting our 6 lounger seats together. I came at 6:30 and that was early enough. Film began at 8:20. Great night! Thanks team!
Great concept, good fun, helped by a great movie. Bohemian Rhapsody was the star of the show. Easy to book a package. Parked in the car park next to it, which was great. 2 access lanes, 1 for GA, 1 for packages, however that aisle was full of staff. Ok, just use GA aisle, no dramas. No explanation, just a vague wave of the hand, over there. OK. Find our seats, and welcomed in halting English. No explanations of how things work, or how we obtain our package inclusions. Finally struck a young fella who seemed to know what was happening. Luckily the movie was great, otherwise I would of rated the experience a 2 or 3. Package was around $37 each. Reasonable value if things had gone right.
Great idea but when it rains it's not good at all. If it might raintake a waterproof blanket and umbrella with you. The lounges are not bean bags as they look in photos but air inflated and not great for people with lower back pain. The lounges are very close together and if the person next to you moves such as a small child bouncing around a lot, your seat is gonna be moving around just as much. So get there early and move the seat a bit. The bar closes a couple of minutes before the film starts. The same is true for the pizza bar. Wine desk is also closed. You can take your own food and non alcoholic drinks with you.
