   The service was amazing. The popcorn was very good and came in generous portions, and the same goes for the drinks. They also have a great selection of movies.

   Terrible service setup. The staff member serving us was pulled away midway through our order to another station, while the guy who told her to move just kept serving his own customers. Then after reordering, we had to pay and were handed a ticket — only to line up again to collect the food. Ridiculous, clunky process and poor management — and on top of that, the popcorn and snacks are overpriced and ridiculous. Not what you expect when you’re already paying cinema prices. Save your money and go elsewhere.

   First time at movies in years ,place was understaffed not everyone wants serve themselves or order before go,$95 should get served for that cost . Drink spilled on the floor staff member wiping up with paper towels while kids ran through it. End movies toilets unlockable no staff to talk to as they understaffed behind the counter on the floor was like a bomb had gone off . Would rather see from home ...........

   Thought we might try out Riccarton Hoyts, end up being highly disappointed. Full house as expected, but a family bringing young kids to an adults movie then letting them run around the place, playing on phones with bright light and being very loud is not worth spending your time or that amount of money.

   Nice cinema to watch a movie. My only complaint is that the sound is way too loud. I had to use ear plugs. It can't be good for anybody's hearing. Otherwise it was a great evening. Parking is not a problem and if you go to a Monday screening the price for the ticket is reduced. We saw the movie Oppenheimer which is definitely worth watching.

   Wouldn’t go back. Seat and movie was fine but the food was really disappointing! We bought popcorn and drinks, and ordered the pizza and 3 chips. None of us are our chips as they were soggy and very average. The pizza was not nice, very cardboardy. Popcorn wasn’t fresh so was quite soft and pretty tasteless. Bathrooms are very outdated, old and grimy. They desperately need refurbishing. Very understaffed but they were doing their best, although stressed. Won’t be back primarily due to the food and also the state of the bathrooms

   Watched MI: Dead reckoning in C5 - extreme screen. Seats need a deep clean, maintenance due soon, I guess. Didn't really like the picture quality and sound, or maybe it's just me comparing to better cinemas I've been to.
