   Great team, great service, i think its the best pizza shop in Rolleston so far. Full toppings not like other pizza shops just bread. Worth paying. This the only shop i have even seen having that many different pizza blades, like there were nearly 7 blades on their bench. When i asked staff explained its separate blade for vegan, vege, gluten free, gluten free vegan like 10/10 for the efforts they are putting

   Have gluten intolerance and am allergic to onion and they have accommodated me over and above my expectations. I love their pizza and happy to pay extra for getting the pizza right so I can enjoy it.

   If you have allergies you may want to avoid eating here. 4 times in 6 months our order was incorrect. Once, I let them know it wasn't right and they told me I was lying until I showed them. Turns out the web description is different to what is in the kitchen for some reason. When they get it right it's not bad though, just VERY expensive.

   First visit: - Service: 4 stars - Mischief pizza w level2 forktongue spice, - large hand stretched : 3 stars - Pork rib : 3.5 stars - Pulled lamb : 4 stars The guy taking the order was nice and patient. Waiting time was said to be 30 mins for the pizza but it was ready in about 12 mins, and it was brought to our table just next to the counter. Much faster than we expected, and we were happy about it. However, for the pork ribs and pulled lamb, we waited very long for it (already finished the pizza), apparently it was actually ready much earlier but we had not heard that the staff has called our 'name' since we were expecting they would serve it to us again. Maybe it helps if theres a order status display. Thankfully the food is still nice and warm. As for the food, i would say the pizza is just average for me. I like that the pizza has very thin crusty bite. Other than that i guess their selling point is the spiciness level. I like my pizza with very cheesy and juicy toppings, but the one we've ordered is just dry for me with little gravy/ juicy toppings. If you love pizza for their thin crust, and spicy hot pizza , this would be the place to go. What makes the visit worthwhile for me is the pulled lamb and pork ribs which i would say is rather affordable price ($17/18) compared to the high end restaurants. But of course the serving is also smaller. Good for those craving times when you just needs a something to satisfy. Love the gravy and smoked bbq sauce. The only thing i wish they improve on is for the pork ribs to be more thoroughly cooked such that the meat slide off the bones nice and clean. In my case, theres still some meat stucked to the bones and hard to bite them off.

   My coeliac friend accidentally ordered a non gf pizza and didn't realise until after it was delivered. She had a stressful day and also didn't have enough money to order another pizza to fix her issue. I ordered one for her and asked Hell Rolleston to put a personalized note inside the pizza box which not only they did, but they also gave her a second gf pizza free of charge to ensure she didn't go hungry. She went from having 0 pizza to having an abundance of pizza. Service like this is really appreciated and totally turned her mood from sad to grateful, thanks so much!
