   After a full day of travel I was really looking forward to a classic cheese on sourdough with an apricot drizzle. 100% disappointment. This has all but a handful of cheese, a teaspoon of tomato paste and NO APRICOT DRIZZLE. If I knew it was this bad I would have purchased from Blenheim Pizza Hut and heated it up in the microwave. One silver lining was the service from the lovely lady. She was so kind!

   Really love this branch, and really love Pizza Hut NZ. It is so delicious. I come from Thailand, and it been here for only 2 months. I do love Pizza Hut at my hometown also. I always think about Pizza Hut when I’m hungry. Thank you for making a very nice food and open til late.

   I placed an online order, and when I went to pick it up, they had only prepared two items and had forgotten the third one. On top of that, I had to wait another ten minutes, and the customer service was extremely poor.

   Yesterday,I went in the pizza hut hornby craving’s some pizza.The lady was smiled and greeted me.And When took my Pizza she opened the door for me it was really helpful.I’m not sure if she’s always doing that to the other customers barely can open the door my grip is kinda weak of my age.Thumps up to this lovely lady.And the pizza was extremely scrumptious.

   That’s what you get for your money from this shop specially after your work They old lady need some lessons on how to make pizzas and sides but replacement option will be the best for sure Nearly every time this happens at the Hornby store sometimes they forget to put sauce swirls on the top, sometimes they miss the pizzas and sometimes they misplace the whole order.dude how can you be so careless even though I place the order in quite times of the days. Don’t know what will you do in the busy times

   I had the pleasure of visiting Pizza Hut recently, and I must say, the service provided by one of the young employees named David truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile that immediately made me feel welcome. David went above and beyond to ensure that my order was taken accurately. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service truly stood out. Not only was the service exceptional, but the pizza itself was absolutely delicious! It's clear that David takes pride in their work, and it reflects in the quality of the food. Thank you to David for making my visit memorable and for being an integral part of what makes Pizza Hut a great place to dine. I'll definitely be coming back, knowing that I'll be in good hands. Keep up the fantastic work!

   Never preorder large amounts of pizza from this store. We preordered around 15 pizzas, prepaid and had an agreed pickup time but surprise surprise they couldn't deliver. The pickup time wasn't even something unrealistic like 5mins after opening... If it was an impossible task they could've said no but the order was only ready after 30mins the agreed pickup time. Made us late for event that was on later that day. So yea, I guess the manager couldn't care enough and prioritize large orders. Oh well, maybe another pizza store can do better.

   We tried to place order over the phone and asked for the 4 pizza deal. We took 1-2 minutes to explain what we wanted and the Person over the phone said we are busy, we can’t take your order and hang up the phone. We visited the store and told the same to manager. And manager said he was the same person on phone. I said that he was really rude over the phone but still he was giving excuses and did not apologise and kept arguing. We gave up at the end and paid for the order and left. The manager definitely not setting good example for his staff and had zero hospitality skill. Very disappointed with service.

   Well done, Pizza Hut Hornby! I made a VERY large order for a group dinner, and asked for it to be ready right in the middle of a busy Friday evening. When I arrived, it was hot, perfectly prepared, and I was given assistance taking it to my car. Ordering a lot of food is a little risky sometimes, but Pizza Hut Hornby nailed it! Thanks!
