First time ordering from Pizza Hut Rolleston delivery was on time everything tasted great the stuffed crust had heaps of cheese, onions rings and chips weren’t over done. Very happy with our order :)
More than once we’ve ordered dinner from here and the pizza is ready an hour late! ridiculous. It’s a shame, the food is good but so mismanaged.
Great little Pizza Hut. Always get good service here. The only thing that could be improved and is in no way Pizza Hut Rolleston is to blame, is the app to be updated to let you know that it's a very busy night and to expect delays. I see many comments moaning about this and I have also run into that issue, however if the wait is too long just cancel they let you cancel the order and get a full refund. Overall one of the better Pizza Huts!
Ordered pizza for my family for dinner tonight and 1 of our pizzas is completely wrong. We ordered a BBQ Bacon & Mushroom pizza with no onion, add chicken. Pretty sure we got a completely different pizza with no bacon or BBQ sauce. Very annoyed as we didn't notice until we got home. I have a photo of our recept and what we received if you need it. Other pizzas were delicious though.

When pizza hut opened in Rolleston I must say they were one of the best, but now ordering pizza from them is like where is the ingredients... so disappointed in this. Limo pizza but there is almost no cheese and no meet on it. It's like they just want to make money and not keeping their clients. Sorry but you have to sort that franchise out before you get a bad name.
Ordered for pick up, pick up time 30 min, get to the store to be told that there're an additional 40 min behind. Had to get refund. Not the fist bad experience, staff don't care at all.
Saturday 27th. I came in the afternoon to pre pay and pre order 7 pizzas for 6.30pm pickup as we had a party happening. My husband arrived at 6.35pm and the order had been forgotten about and not even started. I understand the team were very apologetic but I was and am really disappointed, we pre ordered as we had timings and hungry children to feed, so was very frustrating that we didn't get the kids feed till about 7.15pm. Husband's pizza, meatlovers was very light on toppings. However the peri peri was very good.......kids pizzas were alittle bit burnt on top but otherwise OK.
Delivery arrived, 2 pizzas were ok. Pepperoni one was over cooked and very dry. Ordered a drink which never arrived. Rang them straight away and was told to come and collect drink which I couldn’t hence delivery and then was told there is nothing they could do. Absolutely poor customer service
