    I made an order from this domino's outlet in lincoln through Doordash today. I ordered for the prawn pizza, they sent me the meat pizza. Then instead of Doordash delivery person, domino's sent their own delivery person and they were suppose to manually update the status in Doordash since its their guy doing delivery, but here they did lot of screw up 1) the delivery guy or the restaurant dint update the status so I was no idea the order was delivery and but I have specifically mentioned that the order is supposed to be delivered to my hand The left it unnoticed and it was so cold. 2) when I called about the store, god that is one of the most irresponsible response I have ever heard in my life today. The girl picked up the call she said she can't do anything about it and it shows the pizza I order is meat nor garlic prawn when I said that's what I order she comes up with theory her system is glitch or door dash picked up the order but was never ready to accept that their irresponsible, careless, unprofessional guys from the store screwed up the order. On top of it i said im alergic to ham and these people to could actually harm a person by sending a wrong product and she dint even apologise Such a bad customer service. 3) When I said can you ask you delivery person or yourself update the order status to delivered so I can raise a refund from Doordash customer care she says she can't and she wants me to email the domino's outlet. I usually don't write a review even orders are screwed up. But this long post is because you guys dont care about the customer or their needs and never ready to take the accountability for their mistake. Blame the customers, for the mistakes from their stores

    Very poor pizza. Soft and soggy undercooked. Got the meal deals with side of chips. I don't feel this is acceptable. Two boxes Of those chips.

    Hey folks, this isn’t right. I ordered a cheesy garlic pizza, and this is what I got. I didn’t check it before collecting it (my fault), but you surely should have checked it before handing it to me. I only realized after getting home. I would have been happy to wait extra 10minutes if you had to make it again. Sorry, team, but you could’ve done better.

    Received the wrong order in two days and it was the same mistake that was repeated. The customer service was horrible and they clearly do not care about their customers. Ordered a chicken pizza and received pepperoni on it. We rang them up the first time and kindly explained that the order is so wrong and we cant have it. and they said they would replace the pizza with the right order. Once the second pizza arrived there was pepperoni on it which is pork products and we were still unable to eat it. My daughter rang dominoes up for the second time and was neglected as in the workers words "we don't put pepporoni underneath cheese so there's no way it was possible" and was very persistent that she was lying. We kindly asked for a refund and for both the pizzas to be taken away however we didn't even receive the full refund back which is just the basics! How come and as a basic customer service the Domino's agent should have cared about the complaint and fix the mistake not be disrespectful and refuse the responsibility. That's not how business run?? Never again Domino's. The agent in charge, manager and duty manager must be more responsible.

    The worst ever customer service I had to encounter in many years. Wrong order in 2 days and the worst was today ., Wrong order twice in same day !!!., this is not professional and wrong. The worst part is the gentleman in the phone insisted that they made no mistake and didn’t care to fix it ., he was like ., just drop a review if you wish !!! I am not sure how professional that is ????., After a long wait asked to have the pizza taken again and to get a refund .. Ironically even the refund was less the delivery charges !! Mistakes happen and as far as I know , professionals who care strive to fix them ., in this case unfortunately the attitude and response was so wrong. Never again Domino’s. The agent , manager and manager on duty must be more responsible and care.

    Pizza is good and they make it quickly but owner/manager is grumpy and rude. Had friend order around 10 minutes before closing and he was called up and shamed for ordering so close before closing. You would think that if they advertise their closing time then they shouldn't have a problem doing their job up until that time. Otherwise, close earlier, but chances are even if they closed at 8pm the owner would complain and refuse orders at 7:50pm.

    Had the most disgusting service today 27th January at around 12.30, a very very rude and disrespectful girl, with nobody else in the shop she still stood around and did not start an order that had been made , my father in law went up to query if the order had been started, and she responded with no, he then asked If she was going to start making the pizza, and she told him to sit down and wait, and then proceeded to put the order under 'old guy' instead of his name which had been given. Absolutely disgusted and will not be returning. I hope this matter is dealt with as this is not at all how customer service should be done.
