   This is a truly beautiful location and the wildlife is really amazing. Sadly the estuary edge is in a terrible state of disrepair and very unsafe for walking or cycling for anyone who may be unstable on feet or young on bikes as my son discovered when he took a terrible tumble, off his bike, cutting his hands and knees. @Christchurch City Council and @ECan should really get this sorted.

   Has free gas BBQ, toilets, playground, picnic tables and seats, warf for walking and can fish off it. Wouldn't recommend swimming, sinking mud. Some tracks require dog on lead. Heaps of parking and grass areas. Walking track and cycling track. Replacing old pine forest with native plants. Beautiful spot to catch the sunset.

   Playground, flying fox, basketball court, grassy area, toilets, car park, pier and estuary walk! Great place to explore with children or fur babies. Interesting rope courses and really fun bouncy round and round things in the playground.

   I walk dogs here. This is a pleasant grassed area, lots of car parking, lots of space, and a playground with the toilets nearby. There's easy access to the estuary down the drive.

   Great place to spend time with the family. There are a few tables for picnics, a nice wharf with a beautiful view, specially during sunset. The playground is very good. There a basketball court and plenty of space for running around or playing football.
