Karen went above and beyond for us after our Airbnb wasn’t suitable and were left trying to find accomodation at 9pm at night with a dog also so needed an early check in, I noticed another property on Airbnb that was suitable and emailed Karen around 9:30pm, she replied within minutes, unfortunately they couldn’t have that particular property ready but she understood our situation and offered us beautiful accommodation with early check in. She meet us at the property the next morning and it was such a delight to meet her she is amazing we would definitely recommend and will be booking more with them in the future:)
