We love taking our car here because we know we can trust these guys. For full transparency, Rob is my brother-in-law, but that just means I have first hand knowledge that our cars are in good hands. Integrity is huge when leaving your car with someone, you want to trust they know what they're doing and that they'll do a good job. I dropped by spontaneously today after a “quick and easy” DIY job (changing my tow ball) didn’t go as planned. One of the team members (I didn’t catch his name) came out right away, took a quick look, grabbed the right tools and had it fixed within two minutes. When I asked how much I owe him, he just smiled and told me to come back if I ever needed it changed back. Super friendly, genuinely helpful and completely no-fuss. Thanks again!
